sleetd (Sleet)

sleetd, better known as Sleet, was created in or around 1970 as part of an experimental meteorological operating system that was never fully completed. In fact, the process that was to handle monitoring weather conditions for the potential for sleet was only mostly completed and buggy before the project was canceled. That didn't matter to Lucifer, however, who believed that if something was a "demon" or "daemon," he was their prince, and they should have a chance to live the lives they want to live. And so, sleetd was brought into the physical world as Sleet.

Sleet's physical form resembles an average demon's, but they struggle to interact with the world, as their touch can frequently cause objects to freeze in midair and develop IRL JPEG artifacting. Hell, Sleet themself can often clip through objects, including the ground, and can freeze in place for extended periods of time. None of this really bothers them, however. When things "glitch out," eventually they get better, and none of it ever causes Sleet distress. In fact, they like being, in their own words, "a glitchy mess."
